歌舞伎の演目『寿曽我対面』をモチーフにしたアクセサリー。

『寿曽我対面』は、曽我十郎・五郎の兄弟が、源頼朝が行った富士裾野の巻狩に乗じ、父の敵・工藤祐経を討ったという仇討の物語を基にした作品です。

物語に登場する曽我兄弟を象徴するモチーフや色彩を取り入れた華やかなデザインのピアス。

兄・十郎の衣裳に描かれた千鳥、弟・五郎の衣裳に描かれた蝶をモチーフにあしらいました。

桃色や橙色、紫などの鮮やかな差し色を用い、活気と華やかさを感じさせる仕上がりです。

弟・五郎の赤い襦袢を思わせる真紅のカットガラスが輝き、裃の色をイメージした薄納戸色のシルクタッセルが優雅に揺れます。

Accessories inspired by Kabuki, traditional Japanese performing art, Kotobuki Soga no Taimen.

This classic drama is based on the tale of the Soga brothers, Jūrō and Gorō, who avenged their father’s death by taking advantage of Minamoto no Yoritomo’s grand hunting expedition at the foot of Mt. Fuji.

These pierced earrings feature a vibrant design incorporating motifs and colors symbolizing the Soga brothers.

The plovers depicted on the elder brother Jūrō’s costume and the butterflies adorning the younger brother Gorō’s costume serve as the key motifs.

Accents of bright pink, orange, and purple add liveliness and elegance to the overall look.

A deep crimson cut glass evokes red Juban “worn under a kimono” while a light turquoise silk tassel—reminiscent of the color of their ceremonial garments—sways gracefully.
